Ellen is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and empowering patients to feel confident in their own skin. As the founder of Casa Contour Medspa & Wellness in Virginia Beach, she blends advanced medical expertise with artistry, offering cutting-edge treatments such as injectables, IV therapy, weight management, and the latest in CO₂ laser technology.
When she’s not in the clinic, Ellen enjoys mentoring other providers, sharing her knowledge through speaking engagements, and spending time with her husband and children. She believes in human-centered care — always listening, educating, and guiding patients toward natural, beautiful results.
