Ellen Nogueira, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is the founder, owner, and Medical Director of Casa Contour MedSpa & Wellness in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Her healthcare career spans more than two decades, with experience across family medicine, behavioral and mental health, military medicine, medical-surgical care, intensive care, pediatrics, surgical services, aesthetic medicine, and wellness.
Ellen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidate at Liberty University.
Her broad clinical background influences the way she approaches aesthetic care today: thoughtfully, conservatively, and with attention to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
